Right of withdrawal and returns

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

Return and refund

Please return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal to Nine to Zero UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Malzer Chaussee 173, 16515 Oranienburg, Germany.

You bear the direct cost of returning goods in the ordinary withdrawal case. We will reimburse all payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered, within 14 days. We use the same means of payment unless expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Statutory exceptions apply only where they actually apply; this standardised product is made on demand and is not personalised.
